Extra Extra read all about it to learn about some of my most favorite puzzles with words. Puzzle Warehouse has a ton of these. Let me preface by saying font in and of itself is an artform. The shapes and slants of letters. I mean think about it. If you made a word bold, chances are you’d want what you’re writing to portray a strong message. I’m a total sucker for rainbows, gradients, and cutesy things. When I learned that there was actually a day dedicated to rainbows, I immediately jumped on learning all about it so I can use it as an excuse to puzzle all of my favorite kind of puzzles. Today we’re looking at kid puzzles that go beyond your basic puzzle. That’s right, I’m talking about interactive puzzles. My goal for this is to find puzzles that have an extra level of engagement so we can get more children into puzzling. I’m not going into the multitude of reasons why puzzles are beneficial. In case you hadn’t noticed. There are a ton of puzzle mats, puzzle rolls, puzzle savers, and puzzle boards on the market and most of these terms will be used interchangeably throughout this blog. So, are they all really that different? Which one should you buy? Going beyond the obvious that, of course puzzle boards are different than the rolls and mats, I’m going to mostly focus on the mats and rolls.

Not sure about you, but when I was a kid, I used to love to get mail. I don’t know what it was, but whenever I received anything in the mail, I got super excited.
