The concept of this table is great, and the picture does a nice job of presenting the product. The drawers are nice for organizing puzzle pieces and allowing family members to work their own sections of a puzzle. BUT for the price, I expected something a little bit nicer. The item shipped to me has a drawer with a split side that I will have to glue. The "translucent cover" has no functional value for me. It's nothing more than a floppy sheet of plastic that's only a little bit sturdier than Saran Wrap -- I was expecting something sturdier; something to hold pieces in place if I wanted to store an in-process puzzle on the table vertically. This plastic sheet will not enable that. Certainly, the hard surface is much better for working a puzzle than the cloth "puzzle storage pad" that I am replacing, and the table edge keeps puzzle pieces from accidentally being knocked onto the floor.
