This puzzle had no guide. Since we're not that familiar with the moon's surface history, and the pieces were all fairly similar, it was a bit frustrating. When we finally put it together, I flipped the whole thing over and numbered the rows - I think there were 9. We're hoping the grandkids won't give up on it this way.
