Douglas Laird (b. 1946) is from Edinburgh, Scotland. His artistic talent landed him an apprenticeship at an advertising agency/art studio at the age of 15. Doug is a versatile and talented artist that feels comfortable in all mediums, but especially enjoys painting. His most popular subjects include landscapes, nostalgia, still life, children, and everyday activities.
