Summary: Springbok is a US based brand that has been making puzzles since 1963. Holiday, collages, cityscapes, landscapes, food, you name it, Springbok probably has it as an image! Their pieces are random cut, with a ridged cardboard backing (like a beveled edge). Springbok features precision interlocking pieces that push into place, ensuring a really good fit for a random cut puzzle. Springbok boxes feature the full image on the front of the box, and no reference poster.

Have been doing Springboks for well more than 50 years. I love the thickness of these, and the pieces stay locked. I hate all the dust, and worse, that pieces aren't fully separated when I open a new bag.
I am new to Springbok puzzles and only been doing since Christmas. I have done about 10 now. Yes they have very snug fitting pieces which make them hard to lay flat. But something about them keeps me coming back. Maybe its the random cut (no two pieces are alike) so no false fits. I also love the large thick pieces. 30x24 inches for the 1000 piece size.
I was very disappointed and frustrated with the Coca Cola 1000 piece puzzle. There were several parts of the puzzle that did not match the picture on the box at all not just minor little things totally different objects😠
Quality has gone way downhill in every way possible. Cheap boxes, poor fit, poor cut.
